SmartCover is a Chrome extension that helps job seekers generate personalized cover letters directly on LinkedIn job postings.

Information Collection and Use

• SmartCover does not collect, store, or share any personal information on external servers.
• Your resume and uploaded files are stored only locally in your browser using Chrome’s storage.
• When you generate a cover letter, your job description and resume content are temporarily sent to our secure serverless API to generate text. This data is processed only for that request and is not stored or logged.

Third Parties

SmartCover does not use third-party analytics, trackers, or advertising services.

Data Security

We prioritize your privacy. All processing happens locally or through a secure API connection. No personal data is sold, shared, or retained.
